Hadar R/C Raceway 2008 class and rules update

 

Classes - race time - car weight:

Stock Buggy - 6 min - 52 oz

Modified Buggy - 6 min - 52 oz

Modified Truck - 6 min - 60 oz

4 Wheel Drive - 6 min - 56 oz

Novice - 5 min - NA

Mini Offroad - 5 min - NA

Gas Truck - 5 min Q 15 min M - 60 oz

Monster Truck - 5 min Q 15 min M - NA

Other classes with enough interest

 

Rules Update:

All electric classes (except Novice) will run 6 minute qualifiers and mains. Gas classes will still run 5 minute qualifiers but will run 15 minute A mains and 10 minute B or lower mains. To make time available for these changes we will start racing at 11:00 am and limit time between races and rounds.

We will make a change to our points by adding another through out during the series so we will only count your best 8 of 10 races.

 

LiPo batteries are allowed in all classes. If you run LiPo batteries you MUST use a LiPo charger set for charging LiPo batteries. You should charge your batteries in a fire safe container for your safety and the safety of others..

Brushless motors are allowed in all classes. For stock classes 27 turn brushed motors will run with 13.5 and 17.5 brushless motors.
